American Royal

 

The American Royal Barbecue is such a well-loved tradition and popular annual event that it often eclipses the rest of the the organization. In actuality, the American Royal organization hosts more than 35 events year-round and provides more than $1 million dollars each year toward agriculture education and scholarships.

In this brand awareness campaign and in the many of the projects that followed, we reinforce the importance of agriculture in our lives and how young people will shape our future.

 
 

The video is featured at events, and on the American Royal website and social media. With a very slim budget, we used stock video paired with custom illustrations to show how the American Royal impacts the future of agriculture. This was the first project where I pushed to work with an illustrator; it also garnered my first-ever professional award.
